Gyoza dumplings with broth.
Gyoza (Dumpling) loved by the Japanese can be found almost everywhere, especially in Ramen Bars (noodle bar). Our Gyoza dumplings main ingredients are; pork mince, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and herbs seasoning and chives with mince. Amy cooks the gyoza in a chicken broth in seasonal vegetables. Tofu Tsukune & White Rice
Bento means lunch-box. Our chicken meat-ball (Tsukune) is made of chicken mince, herbs, soya-sauce and ginger. Fried and coated with a teriyaki sauce, we serve on a bed of rice and topped with a Japanese tamagoyaki omelette

Yuzu Kosho Tsukune
Yuzu kosho is a Japanese ingredient made with yuzu peel and salt, which is then allowed to ferment. This adds a citrus flavour of a typical Japanese dish. Amy adds the paste to chicken Tsukune (Fried Mince Chicken)

Chicken Karaage
Chicken Karaage (Chicken nuggets) is flavoured with a soya-source base and Japanese seasoning deep fried. The karaage can be served hot or cold with a lemon wedge. A very popular dish, you will find many ‘salary man’ (expression for office workers) eat for or snack at Izakaya Bar (casual bar) with a glass of beer.
