Beef mince with mild Japanese curry. Amy makes with a selection of spices, carrots, celery and onion. Served on a bed of white rice.
Gyoza dumplings with broth.
Gyoza (Dumpling) loved by the Japanese can be found almost everywhere, especially in Ramen Bars (noodle bar). Our Gyoza dumplings main ingredients are; pork mince, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and herbs seasoning and chives with mince. Amy cooks the gyoza in a chicken broth in seasonal vegetables.

Tofu Tsukune & White Rice
Bento means lunch-box. Our chicken meat-ball (Tsukune) is made of chicken mince, herbs, soya-sauce and ginger. Fried and coated with a teriyaki sauce, we serve on a bed of rice and topped with a Japanese tamagoyaki omelette
Yuzu Kosho Tsukune
Yuzu kosho is a Japanese ingredient made with yuzu peel and salt, which is then allowed to ferment. This adds a citrus flavour of a typical Japanese dish. Amy adds the paste to chicken Tsukune (Fried Mince Chicken)
Tofu Katsu With Vegetable Curry
The same dish as our chicken katsu but replaced with tofu. Comes with with our unique home made sauce and vegetables on a bed of white rice.Vegan

A very popular Bento dish in Japan, can be eaten cold or hot. 
Miso Dare Hamburger
A hamburger that has Japanese flavours using traditional Miso paste. Very popular in Japan and often used in a Bento box. Can be made as a main and served with a small salad and white rice

A sushi alternative to fish using; beef, green vegetable, egg and Japanese pickles wrapped in nori seaweed. The norimaki is cut into 4 pieces and served with a Japanese premier soy sauce.

Similar to the Chinese Bau Bun. Amy hand makes the dough and fills inside with pork and vegetables. Nikuman is extremely popular dish in Japan.

Chicken Karaage
Chicken Karaage (Chicken nuggets) is flavoured with a soya-source base and Japanese seasoning deep fried. The karaage can be served hot or cold with a lemon wedge. A very popular dish, you will find many ‘salary man’ (expression for office workers) eat for or snack at Izakaya Bar (casual bar) with a glass of beer.
